You deserve to feel proud of who you are.

Styled to Filth is a safe, affirming, and judgment-free space for people who have never felt represented by traditional fashion. I strongly believe that style is for every body, every gender expression, and every stage of life. My goal is to help you discover what feels authentic to you so that you can build confidence through self-expression.

Style without binaries, rules, limitations, or expectations.

Let's do this.

Yes! I am based in Colorado but work with clients worldwide. The first 60 miles of travel (30 miles each direction from Arvada, CO) are included with your styling package. Additional travel beyond the included 60 miles will be billed at: $0.75 per mile. Travel is calculated based on the total miles driven for styling-related services like a closet discovery, a closet audit, a shopping discovery or a personal shopping session.

It's also worth mentioning that for certain services, we can work together virtually. Style Analysis and Virtual Outfit Proposals are designed to work beautifully online. If you're outside the area, reach out and we can discuss options.

Will you work with me if I don’t live in Denver?

Let's do this.

If you're hiring for services for a large event, I suggest giving us 2-3 months to ensure we build in shipping and alterations timelines into your schedule. That said, if you're in a time crunch, reach out. If I can make it happen, I will.

How far in advance should I book your services?

Let's do this.

Good, style is always evolving.

What if my style or gender expression is still changing?

Let's do this.

For all styling packages, 50% of the cost is due at the time of contract signing and the remaining 50% is due at the time of our virtual outfit proposal appointment. If a different payment plan is desired, reach out and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

Do you offer payment plans?

Let's do this.

That depends entirely on you and your project. If you want everything to be second hand and natural fibers, your clothing cost is going to be different than if you decide to purchase Amazon items. I will take your clothing budget and style preferences into consideration when creating your outfit proposal to ensure the recommended items fall within your budget.

How much should I budget for clothing?

Let's do this.

No. My recommendations are based on what works for you, not on commission structures. My loyalty is to my clients, not retailers.

Do you receive commissions from brands or stores?

Let's do this.

Absolutely. In fact, I love helping people rediscover pieces they've forgotten about. You don't always need a whole new wardrobe. Sometimes you just need a new perspective.

Can you work with the clothes I already own?

Let's do this.

Then let's talk about why. If black feels authentic to you, incredible. If black has become a way to hide, stay invisible, or avoid drawing attention to yourself, we might have some interesting conversations. There's no requirement to add color unless you want to.

What if I only wear black?

Let's do this.

Not at all. Styled To Filth is an affirming space that was built with queer, plus-size, and nontraditional humans in mind, but everyone is welcome here. If you believe clothing should help people feel more like themselves, you're my kind of client.

Do you only work with queer clients?

Let's do this.

Yes! Creating a cohesive story among multiple people is one of my favorite parts. I love utilizing each person's personality to build their individual looks, and I weave a common thread throughout to make everything feel cohesive.

Can you style couples or groups?

Let's do this.

You're normal. A lot of people feel vulnerable looking at themselves, especially after years of criticism from the fashion industry, family members, social media, or even their own inner voice. We'll move through that experience together without judgment. We can always slow down. This process is supposed to feel empowering, not stressful. Meeting a stylist can feel vulnerable because clothing is personal. You don't need to show up confident. That's kind of the whole point. You just need to show up with an open mind.

What if I feel nervous when trying clothes on?

Let's do this.

Please tell me. Comfort is not optional. If certain fabrics, seams, textures, fits, or styles don't work for your body, we'll build that into the process. Beauty does not equal pain around here.

What if I have sensory issues or specific clothing needs?

Let's do this.

No, you deserve clothes that fit you today, right now.

I'm on a weight loss journey, should I wait to book until I've met my goal weight?

Let's do this.

You don't have to. We will start with a conversation about your approach to style and fashion and I will build you a custom proposal that matches your needs.
